1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 155bet website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services operated under the 155bet brand.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus balances credited to an Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, crash games, and any other entertainment products accessible via the Platform.
• "Business Day" means any weekday excluding Bangladeshi public holidays, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 155bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registering while underage is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a business or commercial entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of 155bet or any affiliated entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 155bet Platform or any affiliated service.

155bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 Business Days of a request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If duplicate accounts are identified, 155bet may merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate account(s) and may void any winnings or bonuses associated with those accounts.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your 155bet Account credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party for any reason.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified 155bet of a security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.
• You must notify 155bet support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, if you notice any unauthorised transactions, or if your registered mobile number or bKash/Nagad account is lost or stolen.
• 155bet will never ask you to provide your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members. Allowing third-party access is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• 155bet employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect Account data in transit and at rest. However, you acknowledge that no electronic transmission over the internet is entirely free from risk, and you accept responsibility for securing your own device and network.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 155bet Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit amounts via bank transfer may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 155bet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are typically processed within 2 hours on Business Days. These are target timeframes and not guarantees; processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day will be displayed in your Account settings and may vary based on your account verification tier.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. 155bet reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• 155bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited from an account not registered in your own name will be returned and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Funds held in your 155bet Account do not accrue interest. 155bet is not a bank and your Account balance is not a financial product subject to deposit protection schemes.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

155bet may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's individual terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough or rollover requirements). The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• 155bet reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. 155bet may decline, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been used in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — including, but not limited to, low-risk betting strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion between players.
• 155bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address. Players who create multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all duplicate accounts closed and bonus winnings voided.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 155bet sportsbook:

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.
• 155bet reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any bet at its reasonable discretion, including bets placed after a result is known (late bets), bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds, and bets where the stake is disproportionate to market liquidity.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Generally, if an event does not reach its scheduled conclusion, stakes will be returned unless a settlement rule explicitly provides otherwise.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events. 155bet's live odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted subject to a brief acceptance window. 155bet accepts no liability for delays in data feeds or connectivity issues affecting in-play betting.
• Results for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC, and other cricket tournaments will be settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, the official result from that governing body is final.
• Maximum payout limits per market and per event may apply and will be displayed in the relevant market prior to bet placement.

7 Casino Games and Fairness

All casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and crash games available on the 155bet Platform are supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. The following rules apply:

• Each game's Random Number Generator (RNG) is independently tested and certified by the relevant game provider's regulatory authority. 155bet does not alter RNG outcomes or game mechanics in any way.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account. Winnings generated during a malfunctioning round are not payable.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 155bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, sportsbook market, or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated live casino play.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical method to disguise your true location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of systematic arbitrage or matched betting using 155bet promotional offers.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you have been self-excluded or if your Account has been suspended or closed.

9 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

155bet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players on the Platform. The following tools and policies apply:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. 155bet operates robust age verification processes and will immediately close any Account found to be held by an underage individual.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time via their Account settings. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time-Out: Players may apply a temporary session time-out of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, the Account remains open but no new bets or deposits may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting 155bet support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 155bet Platform — including but not limited to the 155bet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 155bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 155bet.
• Game content (including graphics, audio, and game mechanics) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming) and is licenced to 155bet for display on the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 155bet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 155bet Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 155bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform or the Services.
• 155bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• 155bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of God, civil unrest, or government action.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 155bet accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform.

12 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may close a 155bet Account at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 155bet support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no suspicious activity is under investigation.
• Platform-initiated closure: 155bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, subject to a fraud or money-laundering investigation, or dormant for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance.
• Dormant accounts: An Account with a positive balance that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 155bet will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy administration fee, as permitted by applicable law.
• Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, 155bet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to recover any losses, costs, or damages caused by the breach.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

155bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.
• 155bet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required to operate the Platform or comply with legal obligations.
• All personal data is protected using SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices.

14 Amendments to These Terms

155bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 155bet will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notification on the Platform and/or via the email or mobile number associated with your Account.

• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
• The date of the most recent revision will always be clearly displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

155bet is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 155bet Platform or Services, please follow this process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing (in English) to [email protected] with your Account username, a clear description of the issue, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant screenshots or transaction references.
• Step 2 — Initial Response: 155bet will acknowledge your complaint within 2 Business Days and provide a substantive response within 10 Business Days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the 155bet Compliance team. A final response will be provided within 20 Business Days of the escalation request.
• All disputes regarding the outcome of a specific game round or sports bet must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant game round or event settlement. Disputes submitted outside this window cannot be guaranteed a review.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of fair dealing. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

16 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 155bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether oral or written) relating to the same subject matter.

No waiver by 155bet of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
